The Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club (RSFGC) is inviting non-profit neighborhood community organizations (501c3) located in San Diego County to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for grant funding. Projects requesting funding must relate to initiatives that further the mission of the RSFGC and enhance the development of charitable activities in horticulture, botany, agriculture and conservation.
Grant applicants can request up to $10,000 for their proposed use. Applications and instructions for completing the application and submitting it for review can be obtained by emailing Club Administrator Natalie Kaczur at [email protected] The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, December 9, 2022.
“We are delighted to once again be able to support local schools, religious organizations of all faiths and other charitable groups in their community projects. The Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club plans to donate approximately $120,000 this year to worthy organizations in San Diego. said RSFGC President Steven Winters.
Grant applicant projects must address a community need, be technically and economically feasible, ensure that all who actively participate in the project will benefit from the results, and promote self-sufficiency.
